SCONSET LARGE BRIM HAT
SIGNATURE HAT BOXES I know "the world is my oyster" is a somewhat cliche phrase, but for me it relates to a small hat shop on Nantucket. The store, Peter Beaton, sells fine straw hats and other preppy/Nantucket centered attire. Their logo or motto is "because the world is my oyster" and they print the phrase on t-shirts in a preppy pink color. While I own one of their t-shirts I do not yet own one of their hats...something I have wanted for a long time. The phrase reminds me of the store, which reminds me of my summers on Cape Cod, family, friends, and my wonderful (for the most part) life.
